FAQsAnswer: Yes, we have £5 million PLI cover. Customers should note that Inflatables are only covered by the Insurance if the hiring company's staff are manning the item. If it is not manned then it is not covered. There is a charge for manning which is in addition to the cost of hiring the unit other than items like the rodeo bull where the cost is included. Mega slides also now have to be manned at all times as part of our insurance cover. Question: Is there a delivery charge? Answer: It is free delivery within 5 miles of Sandhurst. If outside this area, then there is a delivery charge depending on location. Question: How far do you travel? Answer: The majority of our work is within a 30 mile radius of Sandhurst however we will travel to most areas within Southern England. We have provided inflatables for events as far away as Warwickshire and Gloucestershire. For other forms of entertainment we have travelled as far as Shropshire. Question: Can we hire the inflatable overnight? Answer: For items such as Adult Bouncy Castles, Gladiator Joust, Bungee Runs & Sumo suits, the price reflects an overnight hire. On child items such as 12 x12 Castles & small slides, our latest collection time is generally by 7.30/8pm (6pm in winter). If these items are required later than there is an overnight charge. On items such as the rodeo bulls, the hire period is 4 hours prior to midnight. If the party is scheduled for a later finish then the equipment can be hired at an additional cost per hour for the extra time. This item is always manned and the operator removes the entertainment at the end of the function. Question: What access is required? Answer: Ideally a 3ft side gate particularly for the larger items such as Rodeo bulls, slides, assault courses and bungee runs. Smaller items such as 12x12ft Castles and small slides can be taken through the house if necessary. With Mega Slides and the Aqua Extreme Assault Course, as these items are so large & heavy, we need to be able to drive to the location ie Onto the field. These items cannot be moved by any other method due to size. Question: What else can you provide? Answer: We can provide virtually anything in the entertainment field such as Marquees, tables & chairs as well as chair covers, table linen, fairground rides, casino tables, bands & dj's, entertainers of all types, face painters, security & catering including hog roasts as well as candy floss & popcorn etc. Through our associate company - Event Planners - we can provide an Event Planning Service, Helium Balloons, Theming, Party Items, Birthday & Wedding Cakes, Banners and much much more!
